Plasticizers
Plasticizers are widely used in Various PVC compounds for various applications
like Cable compounds, Garden Pipes, tubings, Sleevings, Suction pipes,
braided hoses, leather cloth, conveyer belts etc. These are also used in
other applications like metal working, coatings and lacquers etc.
Its property of insolubility in water, extremely low volatiliy & resistance to
corrosion makes it an excellent plasticizer for paint resins, varnishes, as
sealants and mastics for use in building, automotive & industrial applications.
APPLICATIONS :
It is most commonly used Secondary Plasticizer for PVC Compounding. Its fire retardant property & lower price then primary plasticizers has increased its use in compounding. Insoluability in water, extremely low volatility & resistance to corrosion makes it an excellent
plasticizer for paint resins, varnishes & specially in Marine Paints. As a low volatility inert plasticizer, it can be used in sealants and mastics for use in building, automotive and industrial applications.

ECO PLAST (Phthalate free plasticizer)
A non - toxic vegetable oil based, phthalate free eco plasticizer. Developed for use in calendaring applications like leather cloth, replacing DOP/ DBP upto 20% - 30%.

ECO PLAST (Phthalate free plasticizer)
Widely used in processing of PVC polymers due to its plasticizing and stabilizing properties. It gives plasticizing effect, improves the heat stability of the compound and gives gloss on the surface. It is widely used in PVC compounds for cables, foot wears, blown & flex films, suction pipes, transparent garden hoses, vinyl flooring, non toxic PVC films. It is also used as a stabilizer in chlorinated paraffin wax.
