VIRAT MINERALS & CHEMICALS a group company having manufacturing partnership with VIETNAM MINERALS & CHEMICALS at VIETNAM for producing CALCIUM CARBONATE.
This micronised grades are processed from the stones with high purity Calcium Carbonate from the best mines in terms of purity, whiteness & brightness, using the most mordern technologies, on plant of HOSOKAVA ALPINE, GERMANY.
Special care is taken on the consistency of the quality and testing is done on the most advanced equipments. The particle size distribution is tested by Malvern - 200 series, U.K. & whiteness - brightness is tested on Minolta - Japan.
These natural super fine grades of CALCIUM CARBONATE are supplied in UNCOATED & COATED forms, in range of VMC series.

Coated Calcium Carbonate
At VIRAT MINERALS & CHEMICALS, we have our in-house facility of coating the uncoated grades of imported CALCIUM CARBONATE with Stearic Acid as well as other special booster additives enhancing the properties of CALCIUM CARBONATE. The coating is done in specially designed plant giving 100% coating.
The use of these specially coated grades of CALCIUM CARBONATE in compounds improve the rheological behavior, enhance the mechanical properties and dispersion characteristics of all types of Polymer compounds like PVC compounds, plastisols, master batches, filled PP & HDPE compounds, etc.
With a storage capacity of around 20000 sq. foot of godowns we supply material of various grades from our ready stocks.
